“MARKER 36”

SOLD – FIRST PLACE – “ALFRESCO SHOW” AT BEACH ART CENTER, APRIL 2015. “Marker 36” is located in the middle of the Anclote River in Tarpon Springs, FL. Passing by it in a boat last weekend, I saw this Osprey nest wedged in between the marker and the flashing light. One osprey had just flown off and the other settled down on top of the twig and branch large nest. It sold to a family that lived on the river and observed this marker & nest. One day doing some research on the river, the painting showed up on their computer. That led them to call me and they purchased it.   (F3021)
