“PIRATE FINERY”

Tampa, Florida hosts the annual Gasparilla Parade. Hundreds of Tampa’s leading men dress up in colorful pirate apparel and ride into town on the pirate ship, Jose Gaspar.  They are very colorful in their swashbuckling outfits and feathers in the caps which I can imagine in this abstract.      (U0929)
