‘THE AQUIFER CAVERN”

“THE AQUIFER CAVERN” 60″x40″ was not painted to be that. It was strictly a non-representational abstract I was working on and it still is, but as it came along, a sense came to me about it.  Buildings and forests cover so much ground in Florida, but beneath parts of it is a large system of aquifers and underwater caverns.  The blue at the bottom keeps suggesting to me a glimpse into one of those underwater caverns.
